Terms of Use

Last updated: [placeholder date]

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Div & Go (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Div & Go provides tools for dividend data reconciliation and 1099-DIV tax reporting for brokerages and their organizations. The Service is currently in a testing phase and is provided without any public self-signup — accounts are provisioned directly by an organization's administrator.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Access levels (site admin, organization admin, reviewer) are assigned by an administrator and may be changed or revoked at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data or organizations you are not authorized to see, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.

5. No Payments; No Warranty

The Service does not currently process payments of any kind. The Service is provided "as is," during an active testing phase, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy of any computed tax figures. You remain responsible for independently verifying any tax reporting output before relying on it or filing with any tax authority.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Div & Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. [Placeholder — full liability terms to be defined once a real entity is established.]

7. Governing Law

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
